Walking Rugby
If you want to stay involved in playing rugby and getting some exercise but want to try something more manageable from a fitness perspective, why not try walking rugby - Thursday evenings from 7pm - again, just turn up if you want to get involved.
The sessions are suitable for all whether you are a former rugby player or someone looking to try something new. They are also mixed sessions so everyone can join in.
We train and play games against other local clubs - all done in the spirit of everyone enjoying themselves whilst developing their fitness and skills.
