There are two important processes for players / members at Park House:
1. purchasing membership - this is the process whereby members pay membership subs to the club
2. registration - this is the process whereby players register themselves as players for Park House
They are separate processes, both of which must be done in order for players to be signed up members that are eligible to play for Park House.
Buying Membership
You can buy memberships online using the "Membership" tab at the top of each page. Clicking on one of the membership categories will enable you to purchase membership via the RFU's "Game Management System". You can find below a guide to the membership purchase process written by the company that runs the RFU's GMS system (First Sports).

Registration
In order to register you need to access your profile on the GMS system and in your personal dashboard you will find a link to register yourself with Park House or register your child.

Common Issues / Questions
- How do I access the Game Management System? - Use the web address https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/. The GMS website works better on desktop than mobile and doesn't work at all well in the Safari mobile browser so it's best to do it on a PC and use either Chrome (seems to work best) or Edge as your browser.
- I don't know what my log in details are for the GMS - If you / your child was previously registered with Park House you will have an account on the GMS. If not, you will need to create a profile on the GMS. If you already have a profile your user name will be on any official email that you got from Park House (look right at the bottom) or you can use your email address as the user name. And you can ask the system to reset your password by clicking on "forgot password" to get a prompt sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions on that email and create a new password.
- I did not get the reset password email / I am not getting any emails from Park House - If you do not get the “forgot password” email (or indeed any email that Park House sends to members) that will be for one of two reasons (assuming that you have a profile within GMS): (a) that system generated email will come from "First Sports" and may go into your spam / junk email folder. Please check there; or (b) the GMS may have an old / alternative email address for you – check other email accounts (if you still have access to them). If you still cannot find the email contact alexanderbrown77@gmail.com and / or jamiebarnett1@outlook.com.
- Buying a membership for a child - allocate the membership to the child not the adult - If you are buying membership for your child and your child has not previously be registered at Park House you will need to create an account on the GMS. You need to create an adult account as well as an account for your child. Create the adult one first and then you will be asked whether you want to add a child once you have created the adult account. Important point - if you are buying membership for your child you must register the membership against your child and not purchase the child membership for yourself.
- Discounts for multiple children - if you purchase membership for more than one child at the same time the fees for additional children are discounted. In order for the discount to be applied the memberships for the children must be purchased at the same time.
- Free junior membership for senior players - If you are buying senior membership and child membership the system will discount the cost of the child membership to zero - child membership is free to paying senior players - but you must apply for and pay for both memberships at the same time to make this happen and get the discount.
