To help you purchase membership via this website and the RFU's Game Management System (the database that we have to use to register our members and take payment) there is some guidance on the process in the Information pages (or click here). All senior and social memberships are collected by way of recurring monthly direct debit. Minis / junior membership are paid by one off payment (or instalment payments spread over the remaining portion of the membership year).
As well as paying for membership of the club you also have to ensure that the player is registered to the club (this is a renamed version of the "affiliation" process that mini and junior members went through last year). Simply view the profile of the player in GMS and link on the link in their profile that will invite you to register them with the club. Only players that are registered with the club can play in games for the club (even if you have bought membership).
We really appreciate members taking the time to register and pay for their membership - the club is entirely reliant on revenue from its membership to fund its operations.
